I moved to Ridgecrest thinking it would be a great place to live. But it would seem that way to an outsider. Not long after I moved in I learned of all the horrible things that go on around there without the tenants ever being told a word. You think management would post a notice warning us of suspicious people wondering around and the crime occurred with the tenants. Oh nooo ofcourse not. The manager did nothing but sit on her fat --- all day, smile in your face, and talk about you behind your back if you ever had a complaint. Its pretty bad when you have your own co-workers quitting because of how bad of a manager they work for. I would too if I had a manager that never took care of business, played favoritism with the tenants, and lied all the time to the big boss lady about what was really going on at Ridgecrest. Ridgecrest would be a MUCH better place to live if they had NEW management. 3 apartments were robbed in broad daylight and no one saw anything nor did the manager (Rosezita) do anything to accommodate these tenants. Theres a parking lot at the top of the hill that no one can park in unless you want your car broken into. Trust me, I myself fell victim to this, along with my uncle who came to visit from out-of-town. Cars were constantly being broken into. And often Id come home from work to see police there filing a report on a stolen vehicle that was left there vandalized. Its pathetic. If you care anything about safety, peace of mind (knowing you, your car(s), your home) would be safe THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!! It looks nice but the things you have to put up with just isnt worth it. Make sure you do your research with the police department or even the rental office should have some sort of log of all the things that have happened around there. Oh, and the things that another person posted about the homeless guy living on the premises was absolutely true. I've seen it myself.
