My In-laws moved out last year. Everytime I went to visit them a tenant would knock on her door and ask me to move my car from the visitor's parking of all places. Of course, I refused to move it. I noticed that soon after there was damage to my car. It was also vandalized. Those -------s broke into my car, over a broken boombox (fell down the stairs). Ha ha ha ha suckers!!
Parking was always a headache. Just to clarify, a family of 4, each has their own cars. When only two cars are allowed per apt. Seems like two families live in a 2 bd apt. It's overcrowded.
A tenant in the same building would beat his girlfriend up and the entire building could hear it? I spent the night two nights in a row. I was awaken by two voices yelling at each other and a baby crying non-stop as if he/she was getting tortured. I never spent the night afterwards.
I too found the door locked several times to the laundry room. A homeless man decided to move in. The first and second mornings that I spent the night, I would throw the trash out early morning and there he was exiting the laundry room. Looks like that homeless man got around the complex very well I'd say?
About the manager? Let's not go there!
