SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Dear Resident, I am sorry for the experience you had. I am reaching out to explain that the water, sewer and Trash bill is billed by a 3rd party company named "American Utility Management" (AUM) there phone number is 866-520-1245 and they will be happy to explain the breakdown of your bill. We recently have made a change where the landscapers don't start blowing the leaves till 9 A.M with the exception of the front of the property and around office area. Please come to our office or call us at 951-652-5064 so we may make exception around your apartments. Dear Resident, Thank you for the kind words. We take pride in our customer service, our beautiful apartment homes and our amenities. In regards to the parking , Devonshire apartment homes is the only place in Hemet that offers up to seven parking spaces for each apartment so when your friends and family members visit you there is plenty of parking . We have a certified pest control company that services all apartments and our common area every Friday .Please call, email or stop by our office so we can set up an appointment for you. We will try our best to take care of this issue immediately. We have preventive measures in place , such as a standing courtesy patrol guard seven days a week. We are also partnered with Hemet Police Department and take part in neighborhood watch meetings. Please contact 911 and / or Hemet police department for any criminal activity or life threatening situation.
