Thank you for sharing your feedback. The team and I at The Gallery do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. Our maintenance and office staff are available 7 days a week to assist with any issue. We also have an Express Service Commitment, which states that requests will be filled within two business days. If this has not been your experience, please let us know so that we can address the problem. If a resident experiences an issue with the system, and brings it to our attention, we are happy to help correct the issue. Our fitness center is serviced monthly and cleaned daily. The fitness equipment its up-to-date and we also provide free wights, medicine and balancing balls. If you have a noise issue with your neighbor, let us know, and we will contact them to resolve the issue. If it is after hours, please contact our courtesy patrol. We do have standard lighting in our garage, but always appreciate suggestions of how we can make the property better. We will look into installing brighter lights. Unfortunately, our property does not offer guest parking, but there is street parking available. Each apartment comes with a reserved parking space, which is a huge convenience, as we are so close to the beach.
