I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, either they leased space from a completely different company, management got its act together at Creative Environments of Hollywood, or the reviewers are bitter folks who were evicted. There are no medical marijuana shops here at Cosmo Lofts that i have seen. Parking is thorugh a professional valet company that has never turned down my guests. The only time I needed to place a maintenance call the staff resolved my issue within 24 hours. I understand that maybe in the past there were some management issues but even the tenants I have met in the halls have mentioned how the times have changed. My experience has only been positive over the few months I have been here. I hope it continues because I really love this loft.
