This building is constantly mismanaged. They screwed up my monthly rent for various reasons every single month while I was a resident. Total incompetence and disorganization through and through. It took over 2 months of hassles to get my security deposit back when I finally did move out. Parking and the noisy surrounding bars are also a nightmare, to top it off.
