The leasing agents are spectacular and deserve huge bonuses. They manage to sell a nightmare of a building as something that you would want to live in. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night once a week. And they're not normal alarms, it's this blaring voice yelling that there's a fire, this can be heard throughout the entire building. If you have a maintenance request, good luck. It will never be dealt with. If you have a complaint, get ready for them to lose your emails, hang up the phone on you, and just pretend that you don't exist. In my year there, the elevators were broken for 8 non-consecutive months. If you can afford this expensive rental, look anywhere else. You will hate living here.
