It's very inexpensice compared to other places in San Diego county, but maybe that has to do with the fact that you'll be needing a new paint job and antenna on your car soon. The staff still doesn't think that sufficient lighting is appropriate where the residents park their cars even after the same individuals walk along the side walk with a key hanging out of their hand keying all the cars parked along the street! They also enjoy turning your straight antenna into a Z shape. So you'll have a lovely Z antenna and a nice long key mark line running up the length of your vehicle. Even after dozens of compaints, the management stil refuses to put a camera or decent lighting up.
Also, they certainly are pet friendly, allowing people to let their smelly dogs run around and defecate all over the lawn without the owner cleaning it up. But if they see your kids out playing, be aware- they like to watch you like a hawk. They are known not to like children too much. I think they'd rather it be a dog park or something instead.
