This is my second year living in the community. Overall, I am satisfied with the interior of my apartment and living here. But, one major issue is that there are too many constructions going on. It is every other month that I receive the notice of construction that ends with the phrase"we apologize for your inconvenience." It certainly is a good thing that they are developing the community to provide better service. However, the community's attempts to provide more convenience has been making me experience inconvenience for the past 7 months, and it is still going on. Our community has public laundry rooms for the residents, and there is no installation of laundry machines allowed in individual spaces. There is a main laundry room with about 10 laundry machines and dryers, and there are two small laundry rooms with 4 laundry machines and dryers in each. During the construction, the main laundry room was closed for a month, so more than two hundred residents had to rely on 8 laundry machines and dryers. Other than this case, there is obviously noise from the construction during the day that I had to suffer. For all of that, I was only given a notice. I know that a renter cannot complain on such issues, but I really don't get that I need to bear such inconveniences and paying this high rent.
