When I first moved in, the manager's assistant told me I didn't need to fill out those apartment check sheets because she did it and everything was perfect. When I got into the apartment there were 5 blind panels missing, the dishwasher broke within a week, the bathroom was unfinished, the sink leaked and created water spots all over the inside of the cabinet, the pipes are so old when they are on it is like a shrilling poltergeist, cockroaches EVERYWHERE, management is rude, maintenance takes forever or doesn't come at all, the elevator breaks regularly and is a death trap because the permit is expired, they just tape notices outside of doors (mine have been stolen/removed) or possibly never really placed there at all, hot water runs out quickly, and I swear The Grudge originated in my hallway, so all I have to say is stay as far away from this place as possible, you're better off living in the streets.Oh rent is too high also!
