Nice maintenance guys, but office staff full of attitude and argumentative. Lots of people use the rent slot to avoid them. No gym or real office...it's all been under construction all year. They repaint stuff that doesn't need paint, tear down perfectly good apartment number signs and put up flimsy new ones, have torn up a really nice pool and hot tub, etc. You can smell your neighbor's cigarettes and pot smoke in your own apartment. Tons of spiders, ants and insects come through badly installed and sealed doors and windows & sliding doors.
