I am moving from this hell hole in a couple of days and believe me I can't wait. Management staff are rude and unreasonable, nothing ever gets done, they say they have a dog area but really don't. Dogs are not allowed outside on the patio, must be kept indoors at all times, and don't let them bark not even once! The police will be called and the manager actually asked for us to put a shock collar on or little 10lb dog! If your dog it trained to use a doggy door, they are not allowed to use it when your not home. So where do they do there thing??? thats right! on the carpeting and believe me they will keep that pet deposit. If your handicapp, you are not allowed to park in the handicapp parking unless you have a apt sticker, which you only get one per apt doesn't matter size it is. 3br one parking sticker! Let's see what else! Oh, the peeping lady that watched us through her window daily and late night she would roam the parking lot and call security for the cars to be towed! That god she moved, I've only been there one year and it was a living hell, there has been 3 different managers there all of them worthless, crappy maintanance, filthy carpeting upon 3 days of moving in, was told they would clean it and never did. Don't waste your time or your money here or for that in any Irvine Company property! Plus the discrimination against the handicapp is outrageous!! If you happen to rent #7 Greco Aisle, my living hell will turn into your nigtmare, beware!!
