The Irvine company will find new ways to swindle your hard-earned money. When we renewed our lease, they stopped electronic auto-debit and applied late charges without informing. Then I was a "told" by the staff that the last date is 7th. Now on 4th of July weekend on 4th morning I get a call from the leasing office, that the check is overdue and $50 late fee has to be paid!!! Even libraries have setup the auto-reminder email system. But the Irvine company won't. In fact they would keep changing the way you pay them so they can make more and more from the late charges. So much for the convenience! Besides that, the apartment is going down on the quality of residents. I think that ought to happen.
