I apologize that you've had a negative experience with some aspects of our community. Regarding parking, we are currently re-evaluating our policy with our courtesy patrol. If you have further suggestions for us, please call the office. We are also working with our facilities team to modernize our elevators. Additionally, we check our spas and pools daily to comply with all maintenance standards. If you have any concerns about the pool area, please let us know. While we do not allow dogs, we do have service and companion dogs on the community. If you are afraid someone is violating our pet policy, please contact us. Thanks for weighing in with your thoughts about Toscana. We take resident feedback very seriously, and read every review posted. When residents have an issue with noise, we ask that they let us know in the office and we do our best to address the issue with the neighbors. We do have an Express Service Commitment, which states that requests will be filled within two business days. If this has not been your experience, please let us know so that we can address the problem.
