I had lived in Villa Siena for over 2 1/2 years - originally moving in a 2 bedroom apt then eventually a studio 2 years later for 6 months.

Overall, the apartment complex seemed okay. The ammenities that was provided was overall better than what's provided at other complexes, however, I don't think it was worth all the money I had to pay.

Maintenance never adheared to their 48 hour policy as a window blind was never fixed from the first day I moved into my studio till I moved out 6 months later.

Even after paying extra rent money for my last month at the 2 bedroom apt (I paid for the entire month, but switched to the studio mid month), I did not get that extra money back and most of my deposit was taken away. No proforma invoice was ever provided that showed exact charges I incurred.

Overall, I did not really notice the security issue, parking is a major problem if you have more cars than your alloted reserved spaces, and pay the little extra to live on the 4th floor as noise coming from the apt above can be quite contant.
