Woodbridge Willows Apartments
Resident • 2003 Not Recommended
I formerly rented in Woodbridge Willows in 2003 and I had mixed feelings about it. Even back then, the units, along with with the apliances, were showing their age. The parking was pretty good, but neighbors were typically noisy late at night. As one other renter commented, the management is initially nice, but don't seem to care about your concerns once you've signed the lease. Once I left the unit, management nailed me with an extra repair cost of about $100 due to minor scratch damage on the kitchen counter that was done by the previous renter - make sure that you check off every bit of damage done by the previous renters before you move in no matter how minor! The IAC rent is typically more expensive than comparable apartments in the area. Beware the hidden incidental lease costs also. The only plus about this place is that they allow pets. I would not recommend this apartment community or any other IAC apartments - they are owned by the greedy land barons, the Irvine Company.
