I lived in Quail Springs in 1999, I moved in to finish out the lease that my sister had there when she bought her first home in Yucca Valley. I was just moving out to CA with my son so it seemed a reasonable rent and a nice layout for Just the two of us. We were happy there and planned on staying and moving into a larger Unit when the lease was up but, while we were there ownership as well as manager changed and it went downhill from there. We did not sign a new lease, instead we moved into a single family home in Yucca Valley on Mariposa Trail. It was not the best neighborhood, but we came to find out that the high desert is not the best if you don't want to be around Meth-amphetamine labs and people who raise pit bulls for fighting.
We stayed in the High Desert until May of 2001 when I married my current husband and moved to England.
Now, you would think that my first experience would have taught me a lesson but our son is graduating from an east coast High School in the spring and it is back to the Inland Empire for health reasons.
It WILL NOT be Quail Springs.
