I absolutely LOVE living here. I recently moved in (November 2013) and wish I would have moved in sooner! The grounds are immaculate. I never see any trash laying around and the landscaping is always kept up. There is a "creek" that runs through the complex and it is ALWAYS clean. The manager, Victoria, is amazing! I have had a few minor issues (broken lamp on fan, whole in screen, and loose light socket) that were fixed immediately. One day, my son blew the breaker to the whole building and she had it fixed within (LITERALLY) 15 minutes. When I moved in, the dishwasher didn't work, the man came to try to fix it and was unable to, she ordered a new one. Victoria is professional, friendly, and gets the job done. The neighbors have all been friendly and yet stay to themselves. It is a quiet, gated complex with plenty of light fixtures all over that make me feel safe. I recommend this place to anyone!!!!
