Where to begin, well let's start with the fact that the entire monte vista apartment homes community has now been with out gas for hot water (showers), stovetop cooking or heater furnaces for the last 5 days. This is not the first "emergency shutdown" that this community has experienced. Fire department, police department and building inspectors have all been notified of this situation along with eyewitness news. An absolute joke to say the least. This community is expensive and residents here DO NOT GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR. Anytime you go to the front office, or call over the phone requesting any type of information, both emergency and practical the staff's response are never helpful and tell you to contact corporate in writing, the corporate management of MG properties is just as bad. Two months ago we had another gas "emergency shutdown" that lasted for 36 hours, no compensation of any sort was agreed upon by corporate for residents, only an apology letter informing us that gas was now on. A lawsuit to say the least is well on its way for MG properties and their team of "tireless, hard working management". A few other things to note for potential future tenants, vandalism, misplacement of mail and packages (delivered to the front desk) and never ending emergency maintenance on the entire community. A truly beautiful area in a wonderful city that has been wrecked by horrible staff and management..
