I lived here for 6 months, what does that tell you. Normally there would be no need to elaborate, but in this case I must. At first glance this place looks alright. This is the only positive thing I can say about this place. The complex its self is a cross between a refugee camp and housing project. Be aware, it will cost more to move out than to move in. Hidden charges galore. The time I lived here, I was barely home. Before I moved out I thoroughly cleaned the apartment. I was still charged for cleaning and painting. Now, the deposit was only $99.00, in reality i did not expect to get that back, but to end up paying, RIP-OFF. When i turned in my key, I specifically demanded to be there for the walk through. The lady at the office made all the notes, reassuring me that I will be contact. Few weeks go by and I receive a bill in the mail equivalent to half months rate. I was so outraged, I called them right away. I asked why I was not called to for the walk through, I was informed that the walk through was done 2 weeks prior to me moving out. If anyone is wondering, yes, they did enter my apartment without proper notice. With that said, while you are away who knows who is entering your home. Do yourself a favor, if you happened to be driving by this place and have the slightest inclination to stop, DON'T, keep on driving. You may be the next person writing a negative review about this sorry excuse of a apartment community.
