Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you've had a negative experience. We work hard to make sure our residents are satisfied, and I'm sorry that in your case, we missed the mark. The carpets are assessed based on the condition at move-out, and a decision is made as to whether or not the carpets can be cleaned or if they should be replaced. If they are cleaned and not replaced, consideration is taken as to the age of the carpet and move in condition when assessing responsibility for damages for the new resident, but all carpets are cleaned and sanitized for each new resident, if not replaced entirely. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts. I'm glad you were overall satisfied during your three years with us, and am sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience. We are currently in the process of addressing the parking situation within the community. We emailed a parking rules reminder on June 3rd. We also held a community garage sale on August 3rd to offer an opportunity for you and your neighbors to sell any stored items that could impact the ability to park in the garages. Most recently, on August 21st, we emailed a notice regarding garage inspections to commence the week of September 16-September 30. We continue to strive to take the appropriate steps needed in order to remedy and ease the parking within the community. I appreciate your patience and hope that you will soon experience a better parking situation as we continue to take action. I also understand that you have concerns with your new neighbors. I personally walk the property daily and check the pool areas, especially during the summer when our amenities are highly utilized. At all times, any unaccompanied minors are asked to vacate the pool area immediately. A resident communication was also sent on June 7th, regarding monitoring minors within the community. Additionally, we have signage posted through out the community no bikes scooters and skateboards permitted on the sidewalks. Dog waste is cleaned up daily. We sent out a reminder of the pet poicys and rules about a month ago, however if you see an area that needs our attention, please let me know. I understand it can be frustrating when the gates are not fully operational. We make every attempt to effectively communicate when gates are under repair. We thank you for your desire to continue your residency with us and for allowing us the opportunity to continue to make improvements. We allow a maximum of two cars per apartment/ During business hours, the community main gate is open and guests are permitted to park in the main lot, however after 7 pm the gate close and the interior parking is reserved for our residents. We appreciate the opportunity to hear your opinions. Online reviews are important to us, and we read every one. I am so sorry that your experience has not been good so far. As a resident, you are assigned the garage as your parking space. We allow a maximum of two cars per household per lease signer. All second cars are required to have a permit in order to park within the community. Unique to this community is the overflow parking along Hidden Hills Road. I also understand that you have concerns with your new neighbors.I personally walk the property daily and check the pool areas, especially during the summer when our amenities are highly utilized. I live at Windridge and I totally love it. The floor plan is huge with lots of storage space. I have great neighbors and the grounds are kept up very well. The staff is always helpful. I plan on renewing my lease.

As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. I understand your have some concerns around the deposit and the move out process. We always offer to conduct a move out inspection to afford you the opportunity to address any items prior to vacating your home.
