Ok....I've gone through and read a lot of peoples reviews both angry, displeased residents as well as happy residents. I would like to inform that I am an american---------, I have kids, a dog, so that makes me a "triple threat" to residents and what they can potentially expect of me. I have been here for a couple of months and am very pleased with the aesthetics of my surroundings and the quality of life that I and my family have established here so far. I've recently engaged socially with some surrounding neighbors and have felt welcomed and pleased with all of them. I can genuinely say that the very grand majority of the time the common area between the buildings here have been quiet. YES you see little kids playing and NO it has not been unruly as of my current time here. I continually see maintenance around the grounds working at keeping the grounds debris free. I took the time to come here several times at different times of the day and different days of the week to make sure I liked what I saw. Since I reside here now you can see that I found the area acceptable for myself and family. YES, everywhere you go to seek community living you WILL find the few unpleasant residents that are "rule breakers, dirty and disorderly, rude" etc. etc. YES,those groups of people are of all races not ONE race in specific. Unfortunately because of the few that are like that, residents are making cruel and demeaning statements. The parking can sometimes have its moments but I use my garage for parking (not storage space)so for our personal experience we have yet to have troubles. I've only needed assistance once for our apartment and the office staff was very helpful, courteous and efficient. Overall as a whole I found this place to be very pleasant and worth living in. I find myself chuckling a little when I read some of the residents complaints...there are people out there that are just angry with life and the world. There are many people that are angry because the sun shines everyday and the water makes plants grow. This is "life" and I saw a quote once that said the most difficult task to bestow upon a person is "life". So in closing I would say disregard the angry statements, come see the place for yourself and walk around then judge for yourself. Hopefully you will see that the community in a whole is a pleasant place to reside.
