I lived here for nine years. The office staff kept changing always getting worse. The current Manager I would compare to a dictator running a concentration camp. They are slow on repairs, they force you to use their cheap washer and dryer plus refrig. The rent always went up with no reward for living there for so long. Anyone could move in and get a better rate then I did because my rent was always raised every year. When the light fixtures would go out because of old electrical wiring, they wouldn't repair it and said they would only remove it and close up the hole. Your kids are not allowed to play anywhere. If you like living in a place where the smell of pot is coming from everywhere because the place is full of pot heads and drug dealers, then this is the place for you. They charge you for water sewer and trash and they basically just double the cost and bill you for it. I live in a house now and the cost is less. When you move out they will do whatever not to refund your deposit so you can count on having to take them to court if you want a fair amount of your deposit back. I only lived there as long as I did because I couldn't afford to move.

As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. I understand your have some concerns around the deposit and the move out process. We always offer to conduct a move out inspection to afford you the opportunity to address any items prior to vacating your home. Once we complete the final walk through we assess any applicable charges. If you have questions about this policy, please let me know and I would be happy to go over them with you.
