We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. We value you as a resident, and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Parking on the property is limited, but we do have 30 guest parking spaces and three handicap spaces around the community. Please feel free to contact the leasing office if you need to know the location of these spaces. We apologize for for any inconvenience during our gate repair. The gate was damaged by a vehicle, and unfortunately took some time be repaired. Our rent prices are based on the rate in the market, and your rent rate will not change during you lease. Finally, any noise issue that is brought to our attention is address and corrected if it is excessive. Hathaway has the luxury to offer residents assigned parking as well as additional guaranteed parking spaces for only $35 a month. First-come, first-served parking is included in the price of rent. Ample, free guest parking is located at the top of our property and is assigned via permit assuring your guest a guaranteed overnight space. Thank you. **In response to the comments below: Splash Passes are a way for our property to verify only our residents and their guests are using our property amenities such as the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. The team and I at Hathaway do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. Hathaway is very fortunate to have an abundance of very large mature trees and landscaping, which we consider to be one of our best features. The landscapers that are responsible for the blowers try to accomplish this monumental task during the late morning and early afternoon hours, and they are not here every day. If the noise is causing an ongoing problem for you, please come and talk with me so we can find a solution. Parking on our property limited, and is first come, first served. Cars must be moved every 72 hours, and offenders will receive a violation. I recently became Property Manager at Hathaway on March 1, 2012, and am working with our Regional Manager on improvements to the parking situation. If you see a vehicle that has not been moved for more than 72 hours, please do notify the office. I would be happy to discuss your concerns with you in person.
