Management only reachable when rent raises yearly. Building is really worn down and dangerously shakes during high winds or earthquakes. Would not recommend renting here. Have rented at 5 other apartments and this is by far the worst.

I rate the Continental Long Beach very highly because it was a nice place to live in a good area and the cost was reasonable as compared to other apartments in the area.

This place is old, run down, paper thin walls, not worth the money, and the management sucks. Seriously, leave these apartments for the people who don't know any better and get an apartment that's just down the street for more space and less rent.
