They'll take up your entire deposit and not return it

It's been a pleasant experience, the entire staff is always quick to respond and take care of any issues that come up. I've never had an issue with service or anything else with with the building. Everything looks like new all the time.

My fiance and I just recently moved in and we are very happy with the property, the staff, the amenities and the fellow residents. This is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anybody in the market for an apartment.

Since I moved here in January I have found that my apartment is comfortable. The staff is attentive. And I have enjoyed the accommodations such as the pool, sauna, and outdoor area. It has been a great experience overall.

It's really spacious and nice amenities but there's a lot of water issue and elevator problem. Water issue is gone but the 2nd elevator keep having a problem so it's kinda uncomfortable now. Hope they fix it asap

I like where the building is located, it's close to a grocery store and just few min away from downtown area. The amenities are good and clean, maybe gym equipment could be better and would be good to add more equipment to it.

I've enjoyed my time living at this community. It feels safe and is close by to the freeway. The amenities are nice and well maintained like the pool, the gym and parking. The office is easy to reach and communicate with as well.

Good location, really good gym. The apartments have unique floor plans and are nice. If you have an outside-facing balcony, the traffic and street sounds are pretty loud so it's not very relaxing to sit out on it. The office staff are responsive and respectful.
