3701 Montclair Street Apartments
Resident · 2011 - 2012
Lived here over a year now, at first everything seems great. The apartment is of good size for a 2 bedroom, the neighbors are friendly/keep to themselves. That is literally about it. You get a parking space but between the manager and his mother they got about 4 or 5 spaces. The neighborhood is sorta quiet except there is a fire department near by so they pass through the street with sirens full blast just about everyday at all hours of the day. Since I've lived here the street has been closed about 3 or 4 times due to police piled on the street trying to issue arrests for people who live in my building or in the surrounding buildings. The manager is very unprofessional and starts out nice and friendly at first but is totally rude and disrespectful to just about everybody. Don't even get me started on the managing company who recentlybought the property. They are extremly pushy, rude and also unprofessional. From what I've been told from older neighbors the property keeps getting bought by different managing companies. Just a head ache all around. The apartment has been falling apart since moved in and there are all kinds of pipe problems. I do NOT recommend anyone to look here for an apartment. Too many problems. For the price of rent I rather pay that for a luxurious one bedroom in a good area verses here.
