Better Value in most other buildings downtown! Lacks a sense of community and the manger has significant depreciated the premium experience of living here as it was better during the tenure of the prior manager in the peek of covid vs now!

Love the leasing, management, and the maintenance crew. This is the best property to live in DTLA hands down and Ive lived in many different building in DTLA. Staff is constantly cleaning and the maintenance literally comes out right away to deal with the repair.

The buildings amenities are great, however they are very often unavailable or broken or functioning in a subpar manner. Additionally, the leasing managers are incredibly stingy with money and very unwilling to ever offer decreases or changes to leasing terms focusing only on maximizing profits.

With Whole Foods Market, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants less than a block away, convenience comes easy. If you're not spending your weekend on our roof top terrace in the hot tub or next to one of the fire pits on our lower level terrace then you may find yourself at LA Live, the Los Angeles Convention Center or one of Downtown Los Angeles's historic theaters, which are all less then a 10 minute walk. Our residents receive packages through our mailbox system and Parcel Pending (third party locker system) where packages are securely kept and placed there by the carrier. In efforts to go above and beyond for our Residents, we are happy to receive packages for you on your behalf and store them as long as we can. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses are closed and we understand the necessity of staying inside and receiving deliveries. The health and well-being of our Residents and Staff come second to none so you may see adjustments when it comes to in person contact as recommended by the CDC/Government.
