For what I pay for the size of this apartment I would expect a lot more. And again the guest parking is ridiculous, debris and trash a pet deposits are frequently a problem and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the halls and interior lack greatly

the apartmennt is so nice i love the layout of the studio aparmtment has bedroom space. only cons i think is parking issue like shortage of guest parking and non resident retail customers blocking the resident parking entry

Very clean building, stuff is friendly and willing to help. I love the activities posted on the elevator and the weekly gym classes. I just wish parking was a little cheaper for residents with more than 1 vehicle. :)"
