We moved to IMT Beverly Arnaz over a year ago. The former manager ---- and his assistant ------ were absolutely wonderful and helpful ,they made the whole move in experience very easy. They were super friendly and welcoming . Any concerns we had were taken care of. Overall the whole vibe in the building was very positive . Now there is a new manager ---- and the whole vibe totally changed. He is rude and if we have any concerns he acts like he is doing us a favor. Before I made sure to stop by the management office to say hi to ---- and ------,now I'm trying to avoid it as much as I can. After ---- left the most helpful maintenance guy -- quit as well ,which I am not surprised . They hired a new one who doesn't even say hi when he sees you . I feel like everything is going down the hill in this building. We were so happy at first but now we are considering moving .
