Seeing that we are a community that doesn't have issues with pests, our pest control is only needed twice a month. In the event you need your unit sprayed for spiders please contact the office so they can assist promptly in scheduling your unit. Maintenance has a time frame to work on orders based on the priority of the work orders for example: A leak in the ceiling will come before a loose toilet seat.
