I like my apartment, the front office staff are great and always helpful. Events were fun - until Covid19 took over. But leasing needs better ways to manage bad tenants - smokers, ash/cigarette butts thrown off balconies, marijuana circulating thru vents, dogs loudly barking at odd hours, and urinating in public walkways and my balcony (not the easily accessible dog park!!). The pools are nice. But the rest of the amenities -Covid has taken over.
