Circa is good place to live in with beautiful floor plan and views. I think it can be improve if amenities are open with proper guidelines. Looking at other apartments near by we see that their pool and game rooms are open. I would assume its by reservation as well. The numerous grills outside the facility should be usable as it is in outdoor and spread out perfectly.
