Thanks for your feedback. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can make improvements that benefit our entire community. We are sorry to hear that your experience has been a negative one. Regarding the photos you've posted: our company assumed management of Glo after the incidents in the photos occurred. We are constantly working to find ways to improve our community for everyone, and will do our best to prevent issues like these from happening again. Our Courtesy Patrol is on the property from 10:00 p.m.- 6:00 a.m.every day. Every few weeks, we post an updated notice with their updated contact information, including a direct phone number as well as an email address for the guard on duty. We have also posted signs with the proper updated information and protocol. The phone number is currently 213-841-1592. Please call should you have a noise complaint after-hours. We clean and walk the hallways daily and we also have a porter service and maintenance staff on site between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. If you see an area that needs special attention, please notify the office so we can address the problem. As for the water issues, we have had some problems with a resident not receiving hot water. We were initially shutting off the water during the day to get this resolved, but took feedback from the residents and have now decided to complete the work during the night so as to not interfere with their needs during the day. We believe this issue has now been resolved and we will no longer have to shut the water off. We will be happy to escalate your concerns to the appropriate manager.
