Was one of the original renters at the Glo when they opened. The Glo was nice and clean because it was newly built. After one year you would not believe how nasty that the Glo had become. The management allowed the carpets near the garbage disposal to become nasty. It made you want to not go near that area. Roaches also showed up within months at the Glo. Never saw a full-time cleaning crew. Was shocked that a management could allow a new residence to go down like that within 1 year. After three years, it was really filthy. There is also a swimming pool, and you hear young people having parties and getting drunk. People can hear the parties at 1-2 in the morning because the pool sits in the middle of the apartments. Bottom line, I don't think the management and owners should be in the housing business.

Our company began managing GLO in December 2011, and since that time have resolved the issues you've mentioned. For example, our grounds are cleaned regularly, and we have weekly pest control visits from Orkin as preventative measures against unwanted bugs/rodents.
