I would not recommend living at the Havebhurst for the reason's listed below. 1. Omar lies, tells everybody your personal business even if you don't talk to him he will tell everyone who will listen your private information from your application. 2. Building is not well kept. 3. Horrible Roach Infestation. 4. Water leaks and water turned off all the time- weekly. 5. Parking if you move in without getting a parking spot you will never get one. Omar will lie to you and say you will but you won't! 6. You will freeze your --- of in the winter. 7.Nieghborhood and The Havenhurst has convicted murders, sex offenders, drug addicts, drug sellers and crazy people. You will get jumped,robbed at knife point or something crazy happening to you if you move here.
