3426 Keystone Ave: Save yourself, move elsewhere!
This is the place to live if you want half-assed repairs, done way too slowly. These repairs are made by maintenance guys who don't return tenant repair calls, yet seem to think that having a key is all the advance notice needed for entrance to your apartment. There's rusty water in part of the building when the water hasn't run for a while. (The landlord will arrive early for showings and run it until it's clear.) 3 years, and counting, for one tenant's dishwasher; a couple years to repair bathroom grout for another (done recently, there may have been damage to the unit below), 5 days to unclog a kitchen sink in July heat, hot water takes 5-10 minutes to arrive in the front (at any time of day). One washer and dryer for 9 units. The alley is a dumping ground for old furniture. Transients are continuously checking the dumpster for recyclables and sometimes leave the trash strewn in the alley and parking area. There are kids in the neighborhood who break into apartments and steal electronics. Graffiti is increasing in the alley. Bonus: there's an apartment diagonally across the street with a very loud car stereo and high-volume visitor traffic at all hours of the day and night...Review 1 out of 1
