Packages (amazon, furniture, etc.) and food delivery (pizza, uber eat, etc.) are not sent to your apartment door, which makes no sense during covid times. You must take two elevators, go outside and go to the lobby to pick up packages.

    Linea is near perfect with one critical flaw. It's got a great promotion for great layouts, amenities, and the staff is great. There's just one massive problem and I've spent hours and talked to dozens of different people from 5+ companies trying to solve it. And the end result is always the same, to call someone to fix it, and I have, dozens of times, but 19/20 times it's no go. The glaring problem that throws a whole wrench into this luxury apartment experience is that *THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES TO YOUR DOOR*. No food deliveries, no pizza, no amazon deliveries, no furniture deliveries, nothing. You must trek through two elevators, outside, into covid infested hubs and high visitor traffic front desk areas, touching tons of surfaces. I've tried many different strategies and entrances but it's all a dead end. Yes, this is a first world problem. But if I'm paying extra to not have to haul my laundry somewhere, I also want to have a package at my door. I'll happily pay $10 extra a month to have deliveries sent to my door and it really feels ridiculous I don't have this service compared to other apartment communities. For whatever policy reason the mailman can't be trusted in Linea but can deliver fine at other LA apartments. I've done way too much research into this and there's some success if you happen to live in building 1 (though just my luck I signed a lease and didn't pick building 1). During the tour, they said deliveries are possible if you just call them. Too bad the actual de facto success rate of calling them is essentially 1 to 5%. It's such a nasty loop of call them -> the call happens and they can't deliver to door -> bring it up again the next day -> told you need to call them -> repeat 10 more times until your will is crushed. Anyways, I wish I had known, hence why this review exists to warn you. Stuff like no laundry in unit is a deal breaker for me and no deliveries to door would've been a deal breaker as well. But it was hidden too well and now I'm stuck here for a year. If deliveries matter to you, don't make the same mistake I did!
