Great building to live!
I've lived at the Madison Hancock Park for over a year now. The building is quiet, clean and safe. The manager is the best manager I've ever experienced. Things are fixed quickly and packages are delivered to your door or you can swing by theā¦Ā See More >polive02

Ideal Living
Looking throughout Los Angeles to find someplace to live is daunting. While there are a lot of choices there are a lot of limitations. We were so glad to find a smaller welcoming community after living in what is said to be the largest apartmentā¦Ā See More >Janeng

Worth your read
I must say that at first glance this building really makes a nice impression. I lived at this residence for approximately 9 months as a roommate. During the day hours there isn't much noise, but at night its pretty noisy for the most part. Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Hands down THE BEST MANAGER I've ever dealt with.
We moved here recently, and truly couldn't be more happy. We've lived in other (considered "nicer") apartments in Los Angeles (in Hancock Park even) and nothing compares with the personal management that we receive from Christine. She's amazing. She knows EVERYONE. ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Love it - especially the manager
The place is close to everything you might need and the location is safe. Had a couple of break ins in 2010 and mgmt company stepped right up and made it super safe! it's always clean and the staff is responsive. Betsy andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

aka The Madison at Hancock Park
The property management company sucks and the manager is totally immature and is always so elusive in answering maintenance questions or other issues dealing with the building...Oh, did I mention that 1 of the two elevators has been broken for 1 YEAR? The only reason Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Since the new owners have taken over, there have been some positive changes, unfortunately the management company is not a positive change. Four story building and 4th floor is considered Penthouse requiring a elevator key for entry. Unless your guest want to rideā¦Ā See More >anonymous

They Call When You Get a Package!
I've lived here for years and for the first time, the manager started calling me when I received packages. The previous manager was never there so sometimes my catalog items got sent back. I finally feel like I'm getting my money's worth living here.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Gorgeous Renovations
I just visited the apartment complex and they did a great job updating the place. They didn't have a two bedroom available for October but I'll defenitely be checking in again to see if anyone moves out.

It's great that a two bedroomā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Rude and inefficient Management Staff
It's been a nightmare since the owner change in this apartment. The new management has been nothing but rude and unreliable. They are more concentrated in ripping people off with money than imrpoving the apartment condition. They are at crazy rage forā¦Ā See More >MJFROCMW1

Rossmore plaza SUCKS!!! SUCKS!!!! SUKCS!!!!
The management is careless. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GIVE A CAT'S (YOU KNOW WHAT) ABOUT ANYTHING. INSTEAD, SHE SMOKES WITH HER FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN FOR ALL THE TENANTS TO SMELL. Any request for repairs/ replacement will never get done. Most of theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good location for fair price.
Apartments are somewhat roomy and staff is friendly. My rent money has definetly gone back into the building. Since IĀ“ve been here, IĀ“ve seen the hall carpet replaced, the laundry room refurbished, and the front door replaced. The building is pretty secure; to get inā¦Ā See More >Madison Hancock Park
