lived here for over a year now and love it! lease was up in september and after looking at almost EVERY loft downtown just to see what else is out there i realized how good i have it. the best part is parking- i only pay $75 to park INSIDE the building. checked out some of the sb properties and they wanted $150 or $200 to park (bleh and all but one was off-site). never had any issues with the office, security and parking attendandts are cool, and the amenities are GREAT! you have to check out the roof top! plus, varnish, association, cole's, babycakes and mignon (a new wine bar) are all right inside the building! my only negative is all the dogs (i'm a cat person), but there is a seperate dog run so i hardly have to deal with them. downtown has too many dogs in general!
