So I've been living here since May 2016. I love mostly everything about this building. The apartments are super nice, great appliances. The only thing that I hate is the fact that each unit doesn't have a washer and dryer. Every floor has a communal set but you still pay literally 5 dollars to do one load of laundry. It adds up fast and the machines have messed up expensive blankets and clothing unfortunately. Another thing is the noise. I live on the 2nd level and I can still hear yelling and partying on the roof every single night. Not eggagerating. It doesn't stop until around 2-3 am and with this happening on week nights it's not the best for people who have to get up the next day and work. Also, another thing you need to be aware of is the area PE lofts is around. I'm a girl and walk by myself just to Starbucks a block over and the amount of times I get harrassed and followed by homeless people or people strung out on drugs is rediculous. I know this is Downtown Los Angeles but at the same time I can't even leave my apartment to walk around the neighborhood on a daily basis without calling an uber to go one block. It's just so annoying. I know this isn't PE's fault but it's a huge factor in leasing an apartment. All I'm saying will be harrassed outside. Lol. So if you like to walk a
