A UCLA Student's Review
Definitely one of the nicer apartments South of Wilshire, with pros and cons. The building is nice and relatively quiet, except for the sounds of garbage trucks and other huge vehicles that bombard the alleys at ungodly hours of the night and morning. The roof has a beautiful view of the city with a sauna and outdoor lounge setup, and it's pretty private because rarely anyone goes up there. The building is clean and smells nice; the managers constantly vacuum and air freshen the halls. However, there were also some annoying issues... Several times throughout the year there were water problems in which the water for the entire building would be turned off for several hours. I must also mention the overpriced washer/dryer units that frequently break down. There is only one washer and dryer for each floor and at one point THREE of the FOUR washers were broken. And at $2.25 per wash I was severely disappointed in how clean my clothes did not get. With regards to other reviews about bugs, we kept our apartment pretty clean so we never saw any ants, but fruit flies were an occasional problem. The best part was that any needed repairs were made in a timely manner; management is generally friendly and helpful. Overall recommended!Share This Review
