At Polaris Property Management, it is our goal to handle any problems that the building is having. We have forwarded your review to upper management, and they have investigated all of these issues. As for any concerns regarding the roof; we can ensure that it has been taken care of. We apologize for any problems in regards to the animal waste on the roof. We definitely do not allow our tenants pets to defecate on the roof or the property. That problem has been brought up and there have been no more issues concerning animal waste since then.
