Rent hikes just under 10% each year! Trying to squeeze every last penny out of residents. Besides that, no big complaints. So many new apartments around the area for cheaper prices, I am looking to move out soon.

Maintained bldg, nice location
I had lived here for a year during college in 2001 and moved away to live with roommates for a few years. When I was apt hunting in 2006, I saw that a room here was available and decided to check it out. In fact,ā¦Ā See More >ICELAFOX

Great place to live if you are going to UCLA
I moved to the Jeremy since i attended law school at UCLA and really enjoyed my stay here. Parking is safe, plenty of space and I always felt safe at night getting out of my car being that i am an attractive Asian female. Theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not worth the $$$$
I would like this place if the rent wasn't sky high. Manager is OK. Luckily I haven't had many issues with my place, but he has been slow to respond to any questions / concerns I've raised. Rent is jumping $100/month - again. Not worthā¦Ā See More >UCLAnerd

nice place
was a tenant there for 2 years. Nice and cozy building. Generally quiet building and very conveniently located. Tough to find parking outside though. Plenty of indoor parking.
Rents are too high and cant afford to live there anymore, but it was very nice to liveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

"F" rating by Better Business Bureau
I've never lived in an apartment where the managment and management company is so bad.

We had some pretty major problems with the landlord. He's extremely uncommunicative. When there is a problem, he's defensive, and blames the tenants. If you ask for helpā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Look elsewhere
The one good thing about this apt is the location- close to the freeway, ucla, and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Other than that, I suggest you look elsewhere. Crime is high- lots of theft of mail and cars being broken into. Parking isā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Manager is a jerk
Nice area, but manager is a total jerk. Manager is unresponsive, doesn't return calls, and does nothing to help tenants. He actually talks down to tenants and is unbelievably condescending for a lowly loser apartment manager. Other examples - he doesn't tellā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Definitely would not recommend!
Horrible management. Does not return phone calls or any other type of communication. When you finally track him down, he makes excuses and is unsympathetic. Parking structure is crowded and you might end up with an "assigned" parking spot in the driveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Bad manager & location
Building Manager is unresponsive and unreliable. Had mail stolen from our mailbox and manager was unsympathetic and did not take any action to avoid further theft. Would not recommend to anyone unless change of management
Told by the manager that burglary happens in LA all the time and that I was unlucky that the apartment got broken into.
