Awesome Hollywood location with 24 hour Ralphs 1 block away, plus many restaurants and amenities a short walk away (yes, you can actually walk).<br><br>Steven, the manager, is super nice and accommodating; really cares about the atmosphere. Despite the "we love our tenants" motto, this property management company treats both tenants and employees as expendable commodities.
