Tuscany is a great place to live as a USC student. I have lived here for over a year now and an very comfortable in my apartment. The Staff and security is very friendly and always helpful. I have only had a few instances where I required maintenance, and every time they are prompt and complete the work quickly.

    This is a good place to live if you are a new student in USC. It's convenient and close to the university. Staff is very attentive and willing to help and solve any issue you may have. Still, there are things that can be taken care of. The best deal Tuscany can offer is it's location.

      Living at Tuscany was one of the best decisions I made when I first started classes at USC! The amenities, price, and location are very competitive but the staff puts Tuscany above the rest. I have lived here since Freshman year and will continue to live here until I have graduated!

        laundry room doesn't function well. need more lights in the apartment and study room. more printing and coffee access. more events in the communities. compare to other communities, already not cheap but have to pay for JADWP, AUM and other fees

          good location and appliances, maintainance is a little slow, rooms and common areas of the apartments are big enough for the people living in it but there is not much space in the kitchen area, furniture was brand new when I moved in, carpets and blins are hard to mantain

            it is a very beautiful place to live in , and its very close from campus and they have the best office. but the problem i have is with the elevator its a bit slow. you don't have to worry about restaurants because their right next to you and they have access inside the building.

                A great value for the price, friendly staff, surprisingly large rooms, and of course very close to the USC campus. Have had only good experiences in my 6 months so far. There is more than enough room to have two people to a room and even three in my apartments case. Kitchen sizes vary by unit, so if that is important to you, be sure to request a specific layout.

                    The area is pretty safe. I feel comfortable walking at night from the USC Campus to Tuscany. The establishments are open until 11 pm at the latest so there are people around, which makes me feel better walking home at night. It is also only a couple of minutes walk to campus and other food establishments. The closest grocery store (Fresh and Easy) closed down so it's harder for me to get groceries since I do not have a car. CVS is a bit of a walk but it is accessible. My apartment has very poor reception so I can't accept calls or make calls from my side of the room, which is very inconvenient.

                      Tuscany is a great location for USC students, and it's mostly USC students that live in the building. The apartments are very nice and big. We haven't had any major problems with things being broken in the apartment, and the problems we have had were fixed in a timely manner. There are 3 elevators in the building but at any given time at least one of them is broken, which is really annoying. Overall, it's a good place to live. The staff is very nice and professional and being right above Chipotle, Chick fil A and Cold Stone and really nice and convenient.

                        My experience has generally been very good. The building is beautiful and safe. My only complaints are the inconsistent cell phone service and laundry machine maintenance. The staff is excellent and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

                          It's good in most places. But the laundry does have problem sometimes. Also, no hot water is confusing. However, I like this apartment because it is near my school. I hope Tuscany could provide more activities like Gateway does, which will attract more people to come.

                            I wouldn't recommend living at Tuscany. All though it is very convenient, everything is broken. The fitness center machines always break, the washing machines never work and the study rooms are always occupied. Tuscany is very expensive and if I would have known all of the problems before moving it, I would have moved to Icon which is right across the street.

                                Overall, enjoy living in Tuscany. Very convenient to get to campus. Don't like that you can hear people talking in other apartments and walking around upstairs. My main complaint is the elevator and the speed it operates at. Also, rent is way too high considering how old the building is compared to other USC apartments.

                                    Tuscany literally could not care less about its residents. When I moved in the apartment was trashed. I've had a security guard yell at me while I was walking my bike that I shouldn't have my bike in doors, but what am I supposed to do when they don't have easily accessible bike racks?

                                      Tuscany is a great apartment complex for USC undergraduates due to its convenient location across the street from campus, easily accessible restaurants, and spacious room layouts. However, the amenities and appliances in the apartments (dishwasher, fridge, etc.) were clearly cheaply bought and break frequently and we often have to enter maintenance requests because of their fragility.

                                        Community engagement is central to strategies to promote health and well-being and reduce health inequalities in many countries, particularly interventions which focus on improving health in disadvantaged populations. Despite the widespread use of community engagement approaches, however, there have been relatively few attempts to review the evidence on the impact that participation has on the lives of individuals involved. Drawing on a wider review of evidence carried out on behalf of the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), this article reports on a rapid review of evidence of the effectiveness of initiatives which seek to engage communities in action to address the wider social determinants of health, to explore individuals' subjective experiences of engagement. The rapid review process was guided by NICE's public health methods manual, adapted to suit the diversity of the evidence.                                           Tuscany is a phenomenal place to live. I highly recommend living here while attending school at The University of Southern California. The staff is extremely friendly and the pool is amazing! Im usually down at the pool and jacuzzi more then I am studying! The study rooms are great too! Very clean and they have great connectivity to the Wifi from campus!

                                              I don't know who wrote these reviews but they don't sound very honest. I would rate Tuscany a 4/10. Paying 700-800/month for a SHARED room in a three bedroom is ridiculous to begin with, the management is extremely rude -the male leasing agent will answer your questions curtly and talk down to you, the facilities are appalling - the $1 per wash washing machines are always dirty and/or broken, the parking garage stinks, the gym machines are always broken, and they NEVER fix anything you ask them to. Don't be surprised when you get charged for "general upkeep" when they tell you that you will get your full security deposit back (if you don't intentionally damage anything) when you sign the lease. Also be prepared for some very passive-aggressive emails from management throughout your lease. I can't wait to move out. I would have left already if the leasing contract wasn't so binding. You can't leave unless you find somebody to take your place. That's not uncommon for apartments to do but good luck finding a subleaser when nobody wants to pay so much for the least luxurious "luxury" apartment in the entire USC campus. One of the best ways to make sure your requests for service are answered promptly is to submit them online through the resident services portal. This allows you to include access instructions and scheduling preferences with time and date stamps that are intended for quality control. Please submit the work order in our resident portal at the time you experience the inconvenience. It is very difficult to address broad generalities. It's unethical and unlawful to deduct from security deposits without reason. Deposits are only withheld when apartments are not returned in the state they were delivered.                                                   In general, this apartment is good, except the staff working near the office in the lobby, they (female staff specifically) are rude and unfriendly at all and their facial expression and eyesight are unneighborly, and even making comments on you, usually bad ones. It is the reason why my roommate and I choose to move out next year as it makes us so uncomfortable and unhappy. Actually, I have heard a lot of negative voices and complaints about this issue from my friends. It is a great pity that may dramatically lower the quality of this apartment.
