Resident 2012 - 2017

Building has been under constant renovation for the past two years. New management company Cirrus only seem to care about collecting rent. A recent spate of crime in the building is very concerning with two home invasions and two vehicles broken into and robbed. See More >

The new management as of late 2015 is terrible. Now that they've fired all of the old staff, they consistently lose paperwork, and as we moved out we were told that we'd be charged a $500 cleaning fee regardless of how well we cleanedSee More >

I moved out awhile ago, but I was at Westside Tower for 5 years (2007-2012). Absolutely no complaints! Maintenance was fast - Santi always under-promised and over-delivered. The manager, Sabrina, was always super friendly and responsible. The place is kept nice and the rent raisesSee More >

They did have a jacuzzi running when they showed me the apartment. However, within a few days of moving in it was turned off and the water removed. It is a good thing I guess since they would be unable to maintain it,See More >

After living here a month I got a surprise bill from a 3rd party billing company called AUM. The bill was for water/sewer/trash. They were nice enough to charge me a $10 activation fee as well as a $3 admin charge. ISee More >

PLEASE....IT'S TRUE. This place is a major disappointment. What others have written is true...unfortunately. Termites, unhealthy and disgusting filth in trash that overflows, noisy area, filty hallways/elevators.... I'm sure you can do better. And the rent kept going up....just up....PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!See More >

I suggest not living here since there has been a new manager. They are never in, never return phone calls and are horrible on the maintenece. There are termites everywhere in the building. We have called several times now and have not gotten a response.See More >

This place IS HELL and as soon as possible, we'll find another place. Termites, management changes, price increases, dirty hallways, garbage bin overloaded with HEALTH RISKS....VERY DISGUSTING! Check with POLICE STATION ABOUT SAFETY. SEVERAL BREAK INS IN GARAGE AND THEY DENIED. VERY CLEVER ATTORNEYS THATSee More >

If termites, shoddy maintenance and the cheapest “renovation” in history are for you, by all means rent at Keystone Place (or Culver Center). By any name, this place is a joke.

In the past year, rent at this place has nearly doubled – at theSee More >

Believe me--the rent they charge is NOT worth it for this neighborhood nor the building.

The aesthetic changes to this building have been nice, albeit extremely inconvenient to tenants, except for the fact that the new management doesn't want to take care of plants. So they cut down about 4-5 large, old and beautiful trees that were in theSee More >

Interesting manager when she is on her medication. Parking sucks especially when you feel brave enough to park on the street and usually get a ticket. Nice rooftop jacuzzi...yeah really nice when it works. Fresh smell of McDonalds any time of day. See More >

Other than the occasional gunfire constant police helicopters and sirens every hour of the night (but mainly just when you´re getting to sleep) the apartments are really ok, lousy cable signal if you´re into cable internet and cable tv.See More >
