Is a lovely place to live. It's quiet, peaceful, very well maintained and the facilities are excellent. The staff is great and so is the maintenance team. Be warned though that your rent will be increased every year so you will need to plan ahead. See More

This is a great place to live. Wonderful location, prompt service, and great amenities. I love the free shuttle service, community events, and plentiful guest parking. There are even guest rooms for family to rent when they come to visit!

Love living here - by far the best of any complex in the Marina. My biggest complaint is that not all apartments have washer sand dryers which seems very outdated in the current market (and laundry rooms and machines are not well kept). See More
