Trying to take care of over 500 units with only four people to manage the place has to be the worst decision coming from the top. Its almost impossible to manage the whole place and keep everyone happy with maintenance, etc. The management team is wiped out and their attitude is reflected back to the tenant. its the owner of the properties responsibility to take of the tenant. Fix what needs to be fixed. My maintenance request was delayed for 6 months. I think its little over due.

This trend will continue unless they hire more staffs to accommodate all the tenants.

They think once you sign the lease you are bond by the lease. Not true. You can fight this in court. Make sure that you document all activities and have all signed off by the management. Every time you put in for maintenance, have them sign it. Don't be afraid to take them to court. The judge in most cases will favor you. Make sure you have evidence to back up your complaint.

Everyone has different experience so listen to them. I just gave up after months of complaining about things breaking down. My refrigerator was half working. The freezer would work sometime and other times it would melt my ice, ice cream, etc. What a waste of money. The darn thing was over 12 years old and they wouldn't replace with used one.

I am no longer living there. But I heard that the management was so bad that they made everyone fill out a form stating if they like the place and how the management was handling the place. I never experience it myself anywhere else. I hope you have a better day.
