I wish I had looked at the reviews before moving here. It was one of the biggest mistakes of my life so far. First off, when you're a new resident, THERE IS NO PARKING! You have to live there for a year just to be PLACED on the waiting list for a spot in the parking lot (and they will only give you 2). And when you're parking on the street, expect at least a 50 yard hike up F Street because all of the closer places are taken. If you're not plagued from problems by events held at Alhambra High, Martinez PD are nit-picky about parking on red zones. You don't have a choice but to pay the parking ticket because like I said before THERE IS NO PARKING. The management does not even tell you this even when you view the complex/unit nor when they advertise this on CRAIGSLIST.
Not only is the parking bad, but you got whiny handicaps and seniors AND tweakers who like to steal your things when you leave them out on the open. I used to live in Pittsburg prior to this and I NEVER had problems with theft. This place is a scam and a joke, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
